our Approach

Our default assumption is that all of our clients are doing the best they can and as Dr. Maya Angelou said "...when you know better, do better." Some of our clients may be ready to move mountains to reach their career and wellness goals. Other clients may be hesitant to embark up changing their circumstances. With the K.I.C.K.I.T. approach, we support clients where they are in their process. We do so by staying connected to our humanity as we provide intentional scaffolding to engage with clients, creating dynamic and highly collaborative relationships.
